Return Process

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and retains all original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via email by our customer support team.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
